A3. We do not require you to sign a contract. However, we do require you to sign a service agreement that stipulates what service/s we are obliged to provide and what info/material you are obliged to provide for the provision of such service/s.

A4. We have three payment plans. Messages sent & received are counted towards the total your account uses during a monthly billing period. You can upgrade/downgrade your plan at anytime to suit your business needs.

A5. We use several strategies to get your customers onto a list. We will train your staff on theses various strategies, and once they're in place, the system takes over and everything is virtually automated from there on in.

Q6. Can I generate leads from my website?

A6. Yes. We provide you with a line of code to install a widget on your website (or we can do it for you) where visitors can optin with their name and mobile number.

Q7. Where is my data stored and is it secure?

A7. We store your data on our secure database server to which ONLY authorised personnel have access. We do NOT sell, share or misuse your data or that of your contacts. All your data and that of your contacts belong solely to you and no one else.
